• I can't attend a course on the published dates. Have I missed my opportunity?

    Our programme schedule is designed to offer opportunity for all our customers, globally, to access these courses. We will repeat courses at regular intervals so you should find a new opportunity to attend. For any special requirements you can contact us on [email protected].

  • How long do I have access to my course?

    There is no expiry date on our courses, so you are able to access the content at your convenience. Please note that for interactive sessions these are live sessions which you will need to attend at the specified time. The Zoom meeting link will be provided for all live sessions.

  • I have a training requirement that is not listed in your courses, can you help?

    We offer a range of customised training courses and consultancy services, which are available both via online or in person delivery (depending on location). Visit the "Training and consultancy" page from the main menu for more details or to submit a request.

  • I have received a coupon code. How do I use it?

    You will find a button on the course purchase page that says "Enter coupon code."

  • Can I purchase a course via my company credit account

    Yes. In addition to the direct online purchase via credit card, you can purchase and make payment through your usual company account. Once payment is completed, we will enroll you directly onto your chosen course. You can choose this option from the course overview page.

  • Are my payment details secure?

    Yes, your credit card information is safe. We use secure servers and encryption to ensure your personal infomration is unavailable to others.
